This Spring has surely been strange. The temperature fluctuations are giving me whiplash! One day it’s too cold to go outside and the next day I’m sweating in a t-shirt! These were taken last Saturday, April 9th, after (hopefully) the last snow of this season. It was a beautiful day though. I know everyone was really bummed about the snow, but look at these beautiful colors!
I apologize for the haziness of these photos. I took these from my mother-in-laws living room through her bay window. The glass was separating my camera from my subjects….so pretty though!
Here’s a few Black-Capped Chickadees.
American Goldfinch
Female Northern Cardinal (There’s a Dark-Eyed Junco in the back left.)
Another Black-Capped Chickadee.
American Tree Sparrow
Tufted Titmouse
Female Red-Bellied Woodpecker (She was a little shy, but I had to photograph her).
Bird names/species are compliments of my husband. He has a bird book. For real…he’s had it since he was little! HA!
