“It is life that has no limits:
Reflections on Death and Life”
Hello, everyone! Check out this concert. It was beautiful, both to look at and listen to! I was contacted and asked to photograph this event. I was super excited! My friend Ryan (who also happens to be the one conducting this choir) told me it would be candle lit and Halloween themed. I mean really….how exciting!? To my regular, non-photographer eyes, this was beautiful! So unique! It was in the 70’s at the end of October and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Being outside in this beautiful environment while listening to these beautiful pieces be sung was just breathtaking!!! Then, once I put my photographer goggles on, I realized this would be quite a challenge! And a challenge it was! No flash allowed. I had to almost max out my camera’s capabilities to suck in light and then I just did some magic in post processing to bring it all together! Check out how beautiful!!!!
Enjoy!
I tried to be as sneaky as possible to get a close up of some of the singers!
Of course, I had to sneak in an artistic shot!
Here are the members who are West Liberty University alumni and/or current staff! I am also a West Liberty graduate, but I am by no means a singer (just in my car, of course) and I most definitely belong behind the camera!!!!
Happy Friday, everyone! Have a great weekend!
