A September Oglebay Wedding | Jenna & Jeremy

Happy Friday! You know what that means…it’s wedding blog time! Jenna and Jeremy tied the knot exactly one week ago. They’re enjoying their honeymoon right now so I’m scheduling their full gallery to go out to them on Monday when they return…BUT I got permission to post their blog and previews for now as another teaser! SO, here we go! Please give these two all your Hannah Barlow Photography love because their September Oglebay wedding is live on the blog right now!

We had a jam packed vendor dream team and I was SO pumped up. We had Oglebay. We had Gina Hedrick doing flowers. We had JT and Buddy (Penderville Wedding Films). We had Brad doing the cake (Masterpieces of Old Town). We had DJ Brian Oliver on ceremony and reception. I could go on and on…AND we had a super duper laid back couple PLUS a high energy, can’t get enough of them bridal party. Yea. To say I was excited is an understatement. So, Lacey and I met up and we got right down to saying hello to our vendor friends, catching some getting ready shots in Oglebay’s Allegheny room AND some beautiful details!

While doing these details, it was a total roast fest – photographers vs. videographers. We were playing “whose shot is better” but Buddy was also picking apart my photo lists and check lists (If you know me…you know). The greens in these details just pop AND I’m go glad I told Buddy to grab the green vow book on the way out to put under the beautiful glass ring box. It just pops, doesn’t it!?

Then, I threw Lacey, JT, and Buddy in my car and we drove off to find the men at the cottages. I don’t think anyone could have prepared us for the group we were going to meet – in a great way. I did some of my “bossy professional Hannah” yelling to get them moving and then it was high jinx and laughs but also the “must have” pretty wedding photos AND then more fun, entertaining photos…all wrapped up into one! But first, we had to get Jeremy ready.

Then, we drove back to catch the ladies in their robes before they got ready! CHEERS!

Then, it was time to get Jenny ready. Time for a bridesmaid first look. Time for a father daughter first look…we did it all. Also, it was a beautiful timeline. At one point, I looked over at JT and said, “I don’t know what to do with my hannnndddssss.” I’m used to running and rushing and all the crazy things! Not at this wedding.

I also loved the moment I caught of the moms off to the side taking it all in.

Brace yourself for impact on the bride and bridesmaid photos! AHHHHH!! Look HOW PRETTY!

Off to the ceremony! Mr. & Mrs. Fedorke, everyone!

After family formals were complete, the bridal party did some shots…shots…shot shot shot shots…(I’m singing it…did you sing it?!)

Then, we got ready for those bridal party photos and the Wedding Gods really did say, “Let me give you the LIGHT!”

Now, bride and groom formals! AHHHHH!!

Grand finale! I haven’t mentioned it yet BUT…these are, of course, a mix of my photos and Lacey’s photos throughout this blog! Tag teaming the angles!

Back to Glessner we went! DJ Brian Oliver welcomed everyone and then…I HAVE to show you the introductions. I was side stepping the cake…and JT…and it was wedding entrance madness AND greatness all in one! I don’t normally highlight introductions but not only did the bridal party go ALL IN…the parents set the stage and tone for the rest of the entrances. They weren’t going to miss out! Nope!

Then, cake cutting, first dances…speeches. We did all the traditional things!

Then, table racing and for the first time in a long time…we beat the song…with SECONDS to spare! If you’d like a copy of your table, shoot me an email and I’ll get you one!

Then, the party got started and I swear JT And Buddy were living their best videographer lives with this crowd! Also, did you notice Jenna’s dress change?!

…and one last one because it seemed “too perfect”. There was a lot of beer at this wedding. I needed one last photo to close out the gallery! We did it!

I can NOT believe I only have four weddings left. This is the lightest fall I’ve had in a long time and it’s been a very calm fall too and I’m here for it! Jenna and Jeremy…thank you for having not only a laid back planning process (I hardly heard from them!) but also for having a laid back BUT jam packed, all out, FUN wedding day too…with amazing vendors!
